Best DE in the draft...

Ok granted I'm partial for being a UNC alum, but I have to disagree with you. Newton stole a laptop then was allegedly sold by his own father to the highest bidder. Yes, Quinn was found guilty for accepting a watch, but the kid was diagnosed with a brain tumor in high school and was told he may never play football again. Despite that Quinn develped into a beast and I would love for the Panthers to draft him.

So wait...Quinn is guilty of stealing a watch and no one is crying about it but yet Cam Newton allegedly stole a lap top and everyone and their grandmama is calling for his head? Am I reading that right?

This is the most frustrating thing about the carolina debacle. Their fans wont even admit what they did was wrong. Its like they dont even understand what everyone is upset about.

Of all the UNC prospects...Quinn is not someone I'd target because of the questions in maturity and decision making FOR A FIRST OVERALL PICK. That pick has to be sure fire without a doubt no mistake pick.

If you want to look at Austin in the 3rd or Greg Little late....sure.

I've been saying Quinn will be the better DE between him and Bowers for a while now. He will sky rocket up the draft boards after the combine. 4.38 40 is quite impressive (UNC record, he beat Peppers).

And you don't think that character concerns and the fact that he was banned from the NCAA for life would be a factor. THis is the most hypocritical thread I have read lately. He didn't even play in 2010.

So drafting someone who accepted gifts and previously had a brain tumor is less risky than drafting Cam Newton or Fairley because of their exaggerated character concerns?

I assume you want us to sign Maurice Clarett in free agency too?
