Personally I want a QB who wants to be an icon. Cam is smart enough to know that you cannot be an icon without being successfull on the field. How many bad footballs players not name Matt Willig have got any kind of attention from Hollywood

I don't have much issue at all with the laptop incident and the couple of times for cheating. He was a young kid in college....and we all did stupid things in college.

The tweets about being an icon and accomplishing more in one year that most could in four years are not that big of a deal. However, I think it does go a long way concerning his maturity.

Teams will scrutinize EVERYTHING about a potential Top 5 pick before the draft....both physical tools and every off the field thing you do. Given that, it would be much better for him to understand that he should just keep a lower profile and not say or do anything that could be negatively construed.

Do these things mean that he should be hands off? Absolutely not.
