speed up the tempo, have talking points laid out. stay on top of each other and for the love of god EDIT.

go in there and edit out all the dead space, all the "uh's and ums" all the stupid friend shiat that nobody listening understands. cut it until you can't cut anymore out, and then cut another 10 minutes.
