Was JR left home for mediated talks?

Doesn't tell everyone that was there, but there were some people mentioned.

True to their word, Smith and other union representatives -- including Pittsburgh Steelers quarterback Charlie Batch, former player Pete Kendall and NFLPA lawyer Richard Berthelsen -- declined to answer questions on their way out of the meeting.

"There's not going to be any comment," Smith said as he walked out at 6:15 p.m., more than seven hours after he arrived.

Goodell and other members of the NFL's bargaining team -- including the league's lead labor negotiator, Jeff Pash, and NFL outside counsel Bob Batterman -- avoided media members in front of the building entirely. They left via another exit, an FMCS spokesman said.

I find it laughable that some of you think JR is the problem in these negotiations.

More laughable is the tolerance that most of you guys have towards an owner who has only achieved 4 winning seasons out of 14 and his biggest concern are pie charts rather than winning a superbowl. Richardson (4-14). Being ok with that kind of record is like the kid who made the football team, but was ok with carrying the equipment backs and being the practice dummy. How about we raise our expectations rather than except a 29% as acceptable percentage of seasons with a winning record.
