If you think he's actually 6'2" I have a bridge in Brooklyn I'd like to sell you

Just like Brees is 5'11", right? :)

Height isn't the issue, if you're short you just drop back a little further. Clausen's tall enough, if he's not going to make it as a good NFL QB it won't be because of his stature.

Being short isn't his issue one bit, it might be the least of his worries, but when you add that to his low and slow delivery, it makes it a tough road for ole Jimmy. I have faith in him that he can overcome and he will be worth the top 5 pick that he should have been. Once he finally gets some good coaching he will no doubt be "the best draft pick" we've ever made and finally bring stability to the QB position in Carolina for years to come!

BS.

Edwards will be our best draft pick ever, narrowly edging Brown.

You shouldn't talk negatively about any Panther.

Edwards needs to get his legs back under him and I feel he can be a real weapon in the slot once Smitty decides to hang em up. With the big boys on the outside and Dwill, Stewie, and Goodson tearing it up in the run game, Clausen picking apart defenses like a sniper down the field, it'll open the underneath and middle of the field stuff for "Money" to show his athleticism and play making ability.

For Brown, he simply needs an interior presence to help him out. Once we get a solid push from our DT, Brown will be able to use his elite quickness and speed to rush around tackles or spin back to the middle if they jump out too far!

Just imagine if Jimmy lights it up next year... what would the huddle be like? "I told you guys he was gonna be great!" xD

I'm calling it now. Next year he posts decent, not great numbers. And the year after he starts lighting it up. I think he's going to be our QB through 2020.

But I also liked Henning more than Davidson, and at one point I actually missed Trgovac. So take that for what it is. :)

I think he'll be at or around 7 YPA, with something in the neighborhood of 17 TDs and maybe 7-8 INTs. ~3200 yards. Completion % around 60. Overall rating around 85. 16 games started. A bazillion Huddle posters frustrated.

That works for me. :)

He is going to have to completely revamp his mechanics. I am not sure if that is sarcasm on the second half of that post or not.
