We have paid other players and coaches a hell of a lot of $$. just because we have been relatively frugal on FA's doesn't mean we are cheap nor does it mean we will not go after some FAs.

Doesn't mean we will either...

The fact JR admittedly sat and watched a John Fox NOT follow his wishes and chose to put a bad product on the field and chose NOT to do anything about it because he'd have to pay two coaching staffs...is cheap. Teams with much less recent success and coach hires were willing to dump coaches to show they are willing to do what it takes to put a better product on the field.

PSL owners got shafted this year BECAUSE of Jerry's cheapness. He admitted this in the press conference. If you're too blinded to understand that, then this reporter or whoever is exactly correct.

None were really exhorbitant FA pickups. Mike Wahle was probably the best money we ever spent looking at the outside FAs we brought in. I don't really count re-signs as FA pickups. Lucas gave us a good few years. Kemo too. Panthers aren't the "get stud outside FAs" in here while in their prime. That better suit you all?

All those free agents I listed were highly sought after when we signed them to big contracts. And if you are going to call our organization cheap, then you MUST look at the players we have re-signed to big contracts. You can't look at one side of the way we spend money without looking at the other.
