Mirage is probably my favorite out of all of the hotels in Vegas I have stayed in.

I would look at The Monte Carlo. It has a great pool and is connected to Aria & Bellagio by the tram.

Also, Bill's Gambling Hall has a great location (across from the Bellagio, Caesars, and Ballys), and you can use the Flamingo pool.

Don't go any further North than the Wynn. The Strat, Sahara, Rivera, and Circus Circus are dumps and it can be kind of sketchy if you want to walk around there after dark.
