I think it's fun to listen to people who think that success is all about luck. Maybe they like believing that because it helps them avoid taking personal responsibility for their own lack of success. Maybe not, I'm no shrink. Just a lucky businessman. :)

I am sure that there is some money hidden that the owners aren't telling anyone about but when J.R. did his little drawing on the board a month or so back. To me it made sense.

My whole belief is that the owners should not be told how much of the pot they should spend on salaries. If you don't like your salary go get a job you are happy with your salary. I believe 100% of those players will accept their salary over anyone in Wal-mart.

I think the owners should help with retirement and health care to a point. These guys make millions of dollars a year to play a freaking game. If they can't put money aside to live the way they want after their careers who's fault is that?

I had to stay in the U.S. Military over 20 years to qualify for a pension. You play, what 5 yrs in the NFL and you qualify? Wow what a deal and on top of that make at minimum 1.5 million dollars. Incredible how greedy the players are and worse off. Many fans side with the players.
