Hey guys. I'm heading to my county clerk of court this afternoon to file a Complaint for Money Owed and Magistrate Summons for small claims court against a deadbeat customer.

Any words of advice from the Huddle? I've got everything I should need including signed invoices for the merchandise they purchased on the account and monthly statements including interest on past due amounts. Anything else I'm forgetting?

It's pretty fugged up how the law seems to lean in the favor of the defendant in regards to payment of debt.

Because the system is set up to protect the defendant in every way to protect citizens freedoms and possessions from being taken away.

I think you would rather have it this way.

If you win, I believe that you can file a lien against the house or something else they own. They will not be able to sell it until the lien is settled.

My Business partner did this against a house that we did the Sheetrock on. The builder refused to pay us. They were not able to close on the house, until they paid our bill!

Of course, you may have to wait until they sell whatever you have the lien on.

How much was he seeking? Not sure if they do this in a lot of cases (seems to be convenient considering it is a house anyway) in small claims.

      Leaning towards just ordering this tonight, but now I have no idea on size. Has anyone bought a bunch of jerseys in the last few years and can convey how the Game vs Limited vs Reebok versions all fit? These are both Mediums... The white one here is a Reebok one from 2010, and was when they had the "+2 length" on the tag and it was the version with the stitched numbers instead of iron on... the blue one is from 2022 and is the F.U.S.E Limited version also with stitched stuff, not the "game jersey" with the ironed on numbers/letters that they have the T-Mac jerseys in. The old one fits me fine, the blue one was always a tad snug on me, particularly in the shoulders I'm leaning going with a Large based on the CMC, but for all I know, that is made with a tighter cut due to the higher "limited" level and the "game" ones they have for T-Mac are cut more like a T-Shirt and thus will fit more like the old white one I have here, not sure. (and yes, I already tried going to a sporting goods store here to hopefully try on a Lions jersey to see, but they don't have any right now)

      I think there's a ton of potential in that WR room. But they really are unproven right now. Hopefully they live up to the hype.

      My unbelievable pile is touching the moon now-a-days. Bill is ultra control freak if there was ever one in the NFL, he's the guy. He stayed off SM and hate hate hated the media..........(wow bill what did you do in 2024??!?!?!).  So this guy, 100% control freak, just gave away all his SM to a 24 year old?? He doesn't understand SM at all... This is the same level as 8 time SB winner coming to coach UNC, after all this NIL BS that drove out his other control freak coaching friends.  This time line is insane.
