Something I've Noticed on the Road

DC traffic is bad, and only getting worse.

10 years ago it was much more pleasant than Chicago, now it sucks as bad.

Huge backups everywhere and the beltway is a parking lot.

My guess...people are stressed out and angry. Place is crawling with underemployed lawyers now even more underemployed.

Dunno, but I'm not convinced it is the beater factor.

I AVOID those cars since to me it says "I drive like poo so LOOKOUT".

Trying times make for bad drivers.

I can handle leadfoots, it's the grandmas who fug it all up for everyone else.

Either do the effing speed limit or ride the bus, they know how to do the speed limit, and it's a farking bus!!

Yeah that can be annoying. Whenever that happens I think about the last time I had to go that fast and the reason for it and give them the benefit of the doubt.

I average 5-10 over the speed limit. I don't like to push much more than that after I saw what one speeding ticket did to my insurance rates (At least the cop was lenient since it was my first ticket, wrote me up for 64 in a 55, a 1 point violation, but he clocked me at 96).

Trust me, I'm not a grandma, I just really don't care for people breathing my exhaust fumes when I'm already doing 60 in a 45.

i got ticketed for 107 in a 55. talk about $$$... it was technically a 45 where he clocked me, but i finally stopped in a 55 and he let me slide a little.

ahaha drivers in Charlotte drive me crazy. Some old dude in a Corvette tried to brake check me on 77N the other day. He underestimated me :)

managed to flick him off and make him feel like an idiot in his car at the same time.
