This is what happens when a bunch of people scared to lose a season of football hear one side of a story.

well its kinda confusing. We got a bunch of billionaires who act like 5 year olds and leave a room when things dont go their way.

Look at the JR talks condiscending to peyton thread, and it'll tell you the answer.

Basically, he doesn't understand the players because back in his day the team dictated terms to him, he didn't like them, so he quit. He figures that if the players don't like what the owner's are going to do then they should stop whinning and just quit like he did. He doesn't understand why they should have a say in it. He didn't. It's like when you parents wanted you to do things the hard way, because that's the way they had to do it.

Yeah because that totally makes sense to a really big and complicated situation.

No you see multi-billion dollar negotiations never get heated.

Here's how things were going before JR showed up:

Robert Kraft: More tea, Peyton?

Peyton Manning: Thank you Mr. Kraft. I sure am excited to be meeting with you all today! Nothing better than meeting with the 31 classiest guys in the league.

Jerry Jones: It means the world to us, Peyton. All we want is a deal that can ensure the best possible product to our fans and the best possible care for our athletes, during and after their careers.

Al Davis: Hey Drew, enjoying the sweater I knitted for you?

Drew Brees: Oh I've loved it, especially with the unusual weather we've had this winter. You know, it's times like these that I-

*door smashes down*

Jerry Richardson: ARRARARAHHHAGHHHHH I HAVE A REVENUE CHART YOU FAGS SHOULD READ

And the rest is history

    • Cam is the GOAT dual threat, but we've never been able to have back to back seasons with winning records despite the late season surge winning streaks, my favorite being the year we won the south in the 2nd half of the season. But winning 2 games late in the year against bad teams doesn't establish a "winning culture"  If they beat the Falcons bucs once, competitive against the chiefs and eagles i will have no problem with wins then because it's against legitimate competition but beating the giants and saints just to feel good, hard pass.
