So I am tired of cooking the same ole same ole types of chicken. Give me some of your favorite chicken recipes for some ideas. I'm down for any type of preparation and style be it Italian, Chinese, Spanish, wtfever, just give me some ideas! I prefer a more nutricious recipe, so no deep frying. This looks pretty good:

Chicken in White Wine Sauce

It seems like a basic recipe, but that sauce OH MAAAAAN its so good. Everytime my dad makes it I eat everything he puts on the plate. Its a creamy sauce with the hint of wine flavor, its absolutely delicious.

The one he makes looks like the first picture with the capers in it, but Idk if this sauce calls for them. Either way, this is close enough.

I butterfly a boneless chicken breast. Salt n Peppa the out side. I then stuff it with sauteed spinach and feta cheese. Roll it up and close it toothpicks. Heat up some olive oil then add chicken. Let it brown on all the sides then put it in a 350 oven for about 20 minutes. Pull out with an oven mitt and finish on the stove top. Add a pad of butter and turn the stove top to medium high heat. Finish.

Remove.

Deglaze with white wine.

Serve over rice.

McCormick's Grill Mates Brown Sugar Bourbon Marinade, 1 hour in the fridge is sufficient. Can be cooked really hot and fast for a blackened effect. Doesn't have to be blackened, I just like it that way. I normally use either the George Foreman or a wok depending on the size/thickness of the chicken breasts. Serve over rice-a-roni's version of long grain and wild rice (use 1 tsp olive oil instead of a full tbsp). Quick, easy, good eatin.

Don't hate on my George Foreman. I can make a 2 egg omlette that's too big to fit on your plate.
