JR condescending to Peyton Manning during CBA meeting?

I'm saying how would Feely know .... you're saying he's not lying, but he wasn't even there. Whole story is based on unnamed sources. But you're defending Feely, who, again, wasn't even there. Other unnamed sources say JJR wasn't condescending ... but you're defending Feely, who wasn't even there.

Get my point?

Yeah that point has been made ad naseum already and we all get it. Take second hand reports with a grain of salt.

My point is that we keep hearing reports and seeing first hand our owner being at best a crotchety old man and at worse a cancer to the whole process. Based on the last couple years I'm wondering if he has lost his edge and is driving this team into the ground.

He is supposed to be some great businessman but it sounds like he is just overly stubborn and doesn't know how to relate to people.

Sure maybe its all part of his genius grand plan. But he is on notice.

Riddle, you don't know what you're talking about.

I know that the moron walked away from his own NFL career over $250 bucks after only 2 seasons and winning a Championship.....he calls it principle.....well it's called ignorant pride!

I know that he tanked the Panther's team last year.....he calls it principle....well it's called ignorant pride!

I know annouced to the owners in an expletive laiden speach that they were going to take back the NFL from the players.....he calls it principle....well it's called ignorant pride!

I know he disrespected and demeaned 1 if not 2 hall of fame QBs......he calls it principle....well it's called ignorant pride!

Keep on supporting this monkey and his ignorant pride....the NFL will be a thing of the past....the NFL is not "too" big or "too" great to ruin....Just ask the MLB players and fans! Ask the NBA, it has never fully recovered from their labor disputes either.

Keep cheering monkeys....keep cheering....

its not about what you see, but what potential fa sees. and right now i bet not a single 1 would come here and play for that man.

Really? Have you seen the Raiders over the last couple of years. Players still go there to play because Davis pays big money.

The LA Clippers are owned by a out and out rasist and fans and players still keep that team going year after year despite constantly losing.

Sure, some players don't go, but only a small minority.

At the end of the day this is a business for both the players and the owners. And for both money is driving force in what they do. There is always a player willing to take money, that is a fact.

Money talks. And you still don't know what you're talking about Riddle. Your lack of business acumen speaks volumes.

9 more credit hours to my MBA and my Labor Relations and Collective Bargaining course goes into detail on how CBA negotiations should and should not be handled. Richardson should teach a course in what not to do during CBA negotiations. Collective bargaining is all about concessions. Richardson has made it clear that no concessions will be made and during his expletive laiden speach he made it clear the owners will take back the NFL. The fact is if the NFL is not careful, then they will be in violation of the Nation Labor Relations Act and the NLRB who was established by the US congress will find the NFL's actions during the labor negotiations to be in violation of their good faith bargaining obligation. Reasonalbe efforts demonstrated by both management and labor during labor negotiations, means both sides to meet, confer and make written offers. Both sides must show "reasonable" intent to set the terms of employment in a CBA. Richardson and the NFL will be found guilty of boulwarism "take it or leave it" bargaining tactics if they continue jamming the same CBA points down the players throats and lock them out because they refuse to sign a CBA with no concessions. Furthermore, the NFL will be guilty of surface bargaining, which is the act of simply going through the motions of negotiating without any real intention of arriving at an agreement. Boulwarism and surface bargaining are clearly being displayed by the NFL and Richardson. There is a list of things considered by the NLRB when considering unfair labor charges....I won't bore you any longer.....

Keep cheering monkeys...keep cheering.
