He didn't say that. He said by 18...and at that time he was only a junior in high school. In fact by 18 I accomplished more than him because I had graduated high school at that time and was attending college. It took him nearly two more years to do that :)

I...think...he ...was talking about the...football? You know, the thing he does as his job ;)

You are 18. Did Sports Illustrated write an article about you? Did you go undefeated as a high school QB? Did major colleges recruit you?

Did you really not know the answer to that question? Hate for the sake of hate makes you blind and stupid. Sorry the panthers lost a bunch of games last season. Get over it and move on. Clausen may not be the answer at QB, but to jump on him because he likes a hat? D you feel good about yourself for being that trivial?

LOL dude calm down. Where did I jump on Jimmy because the hat? Where did I hate on Jimmy? I simply asked what he accomplished at 18? Forgive me for not knowing he went undefeated at 18. No I didn't know the answer, I didn't follow Jimmy until he got drafted by us, hence me asking the question. Do you feel good because you made yourself look stupid by calling me out for hating Jimmy when I didn't?

Lets talk about looking stupid. You were on the internet. You had the answer to your question at your fingertips. You chose to ask a stupid question instead. By the way, your question was introduced with sarcasm, which basically infers that it was rhetorical. Your question was critical in nature, or it reflected naive stupidity. So, you were either bashing JC (and you claim you weren't) or you don't know how to phrase questions without coming off like a smartass--or worse, a dumbass. Your call. I know that posts can make us sound terse and our meanings can be twisted, but reread your phrasing. Is that really how you ask a question when you have no preconceived notion of the answer? And I am calm. Just have a low tolerance for ignorance. Not your fault; I blame public schools.

If you were a junior at 18, there may have been a setback along the way. Why did you infer that I meant a high school diploma? At 17 Clausen had a national following. He was featured in Sports Illustrated at 18. He was being recruited by major colleges to play QB for them. Nobody knew where you were or what you were doing. I suppose you can select the criteria and draw some parallels to Clausen, but I imagine his resume was a bit more impressive at age 18.

Did you suggest that Clausen did not enroll in college until he was 20? I usually feel you, but this must be humor that I missed.

One of my friend had a hornet painted above his bed.

I remember the mysterious legend of what Larry Johnson's house was like on lake wylie.

Mugsy bouges blocked patrick ewing one time when I was really little that was EPIC.

I think it's a good move by jimmy, the hornets were a team the city wanted and they didn't involve a dumbass owner and crooked douche mayor.

So because I ask a question on a message board instead of going to google to look up what Clausen did at 18 I'm stupid? Love the logic in that. If you got sarcasm and bashing Jimmy out of my question I can't help that. I didn't. And yes, that is how I ask questions when I have no preconceived notion of the answer.

Well to be honest I really stopped watching as a devoted fan a little bit earlier. Shinn was basically fielding a scab team. Anthony Goldwire as your starting PG....I mean come the f on.

I disagree. Weren't the Hornets like 2nd to the Jazz for most consective .500 or better seasons when they left Charlotte?

2001-02 44 38 .537

2000-01 46 36 .561

1999-00 49 33 .597

1998-99 26 24 .520

1997-98 51 31 .622

1996-97 54 28 .659

1995-96 41 41 .500

1994-95 50 32 .610

1993-94 41 41 .500

1992-93 44 38 .537

Goldwire started a grand total of 17 games for the Hornets between 1995 and 1997.

CatMan, there is absolutely no way you meant 'LOL' to be 'I am only joking', you meant it as it's abbreviated, as in 'laugh out loud'. You were making a childish attempt to belittle him by 'laughing' at the picture, because how dare he ware a cap of them.

Just be a man and accept that you tried to make fun of the guy and no one went with you.

Actually, you don't know what I mean so don't sit there and tell me what I meant.

I'm more of a man than you ever will be. If my intent was to make fun of him, then I would make fun of him and I sure as hell wouldn't care what people like you think.
