Lost to many face offs late. Never was able to really settle the puck and get into a good attack at the last 5 minute mark. We let one get away. Got another tuff one coming up too.

Now the Sabres are right on our heels with two games in hand. The Canes have a chance this weekend to pick up 4 points at Tampa and Atlanta. Both division games and are winnable. Joni should be back tomorrow night. I expect Rutherford to make a few moves at the deadline if the Canes are still in the mix for a playoff spot. I'm not sure who he can move but he always seems to pull off something good.
