You don't spout off like KKL does. Also, I don't care either way if you keep posting or not. The only reason I would post it is to shut up KKL because dude is a clown. Every "confersation" he tries to have he looks dumber and dumber.

He "wished" that someone could post their paycheck, basically credentials, and I said I would but if he was under qualified to talk football with me he'd have to refrain from posting. He has quickly backpedaled.

Why don't you meet somewhere and Find out how much a clown I really am.

Awww I really do.

LOL sounds great to me. You be in Charlotte at all this season? I'm going to make a few trips back there if my schedule allows.

If you're ever in San Diego, stop by Blackline Training Center and tell them you're a Panther fan and you are looking for another one. They will know where to find me.

Dont worry. We wont. We're gonna get someone much much better and with a much higher ceiling. You might not be intelligent enough to realize this KoolKatLuke, but Jimmy Clausen was NOT a 1st round pick. Cam Newton will be. Again, where was this thread 2 months ago? Would Luck not have been "competition"? KoolKatLuke, another "Panther fan" exposed.

This is a most excellent point. People who are saying we do not need another rookie QB, were not saying this when Luck was in the running.

ahh yes, very true, but those people would say that not every rookie QB is Luck.

I don't think we need just any rookie QB to bring in... but if we believe in someone we should bring them in.

I'm not going to question Luck being a better prospect than Newton. Luck is. But now that he went back to school, I get a Matt Leinart feel from him. He is just good at football, but I don't think he loves it. He is still a hell of an athlete and I would still want to draft him, but I don't think of him as a Payton anymore. Payton is more committed to the game than you can reasonably expect a player to be. That is why he is great.

I don't think Gabbert or Newton are that committed from what we can see, but they are better than Clausen, and come draft time it wouldn't be a strech to see either go #1.

So by going back to school you derrive that Luck might be the next Matt Leinart, that he doesn't love football? You also conclude that he is not as committed to the game as Peyton Manning? Didn't Manning do the same thing (return to school when he was the projected #1 pick)?

Manning also went back to school, though. What makes you think Luck isn't committed enough?

To get as good as he is, you eat, drink, live for football. You eat playbooks for dinner and crap touchdowns. There is no indication that this guy doesn't love the sport, only that he has prioritized other things and sticks to his values. Some of us do not see that as weakness.
