Possibly, but I'd need a rationale.

Heimerdinger's been pretty good at his job. As mentioned, good enough to get interviewed for HC and to be a name that other teams considered too. And no, having adversity like he did isn't a guarantee you keep your job, but given that he had to deal with a drama queen quarterback and a bout with cancer and still did decent, I'd have to say this surprises me.
