What I don't get is you went to medical school, and you're now making 500,000+/year

yet somehow you can't fuging figure out how to use excel AND a computer in general.

Its NOT THAT HARD. Don't complain to me about how the line spaces are too small that you can't write in between them. Its NOT MADE for you to write in it. Its made for you to do what the email says and fill in the excel sheet, then save it and email it back..

OR, how you can't seem to figure out how to follow directions, go to a website, sign in with a provided user name and password, and get some poo done. If I can do it, you can do it.
