Former Panthers defensive line coach Brian Baker has decided to accept the defensive line coach job in Dallas, after just over a month on the job at the University of North Carolina.

From what I remember, I don't think Baker's coaching experience included any time in 46 type or Jim Johnson influenced systems, so I can understand why they might have decided to go in another direction.

Still, he was a good coach. I'd say he did some pretty good work with what was, in some cases, subpar tools.
