I believe that was the season after Jake brought us back from 1-6 or 1-7 to almost make the playoffs? Jake was still a good QB back then. Davis was more of a need than QB.

Yeah in hindsight you can that but 2009 Davis was having a Pro Bowl season when he got hurt.

You can go through every draft and say that. OH WELL.

Lets get over it and move on.... huh?

You guys say Jake was a good qb, I say he was mediocre and was worthless if our running game is plugged. yea, even though TD developed into a good backer it took 3 years to really learn the weakside and play fast and now he has to get back at it and MAYBE he will pick up where he left off. We should of left him at safety

Although day dreaming of Rogers in a Panthers jersey is a comforting thought... but not in a ghey way

Favre was never a mentor to Rogers. In fact, all reports had it that Favre was quite cold to Rogers. Sure, he was able to watch him play, but I don't think Favre taught him jack.
