I was so drunk at that point I did not even notice. When I heard about it this morning I was like, "That was Christina Aguilera?"

Sort of. She pre-recorded her version and lip-synched the performance.

Why? Because she was deathly afraid of just the kind of thing that happened to Aguilera happening to her.

not sure if that was meant as a good thing or a bad think Klong...but it's not just the American Anthem and it's not just NFL. People need to understand that it should be taken as an honor to perform the national anthem and not an opportunity to show the world that they can screw it up and make it "theirs"!
