Albert Haynesworth punched some dude who confronted him for tailgating.

CNN - Washington Redskins defensive lineman Albert Haynesworth is named in a misdemeanor assault warrant accusing him of punching a motorist who had complained the NFL player was tailgating, a police spokeswoman said Friday.

In my opinion, this negative publicity on behalf of Haynesworth helps strengthen the owners positions in the CBA negoatiations, because they are demanding the NFLPA yield the ability to pursue guaranteed money against players who intenetionally hold out of offseason workouts and training and perhaps and may also include the same power in the case of off-field misdemeanors which warrant NFL fines and suspensions.

The NFLPA still defends player's ill-gotten salary and bonus money.
