I'm sure both of the guns offered in it will be OP as hell, at least starting out. The flechette ammo will likely kill in one shot no matter where you hit someone....otherwise why preorder from GS....also the flash suppressor will be deadly for snipers, as that's the easiest way to spot them across the map....

I read a review of the PS3 version on IGN like two days ago where the guy had played a newer build than the one on the beta and he said it was already much cleaner. There were several videos included and I almost needed to change my pants, it was awesome.

I'm pre-ordering it tonight for the add-on pack and picking it up at midnight.

The engine isn't perfect by any means. I encountered prone legs jutting through walls, saw snipers half-buried in mountainsides, watched my dead body stick through the hood of a jeep, and even noticed a story character float in a straight line from point A to point B, walls be damned. I've seen flower pots float in midair, noticed AI soldiers in their shooting position long after death, and I somehow committed suicide by running over the lip of a crater. These glitches are annoying, but they don't break the game. But they do break the immersion of the story and in the case of an undeserved multiplayer suicide, cause unneeded frustration.

I don't care about the campaign mode. From what I read the online play is fairly flawless and had none of the glitches like the beta had (falling through the map, long neck mutant soldiers, etc.)

LOL, I still never even started single player on Black Ops and I bought it the night it came out as well.

The more I've watched of the videos from online play and everything with BF3, it's like the perfect game - FPS action, on ground vehicles, flying planes, blowing stuff up, huge maps, teamwork... It's gonna be fun.

the battlefield franchise is all about multiplayer. I think they just attempted a single player for shits and giggles.

Dude, I literally JUST started Black Ops single player Sunday and I also got it at launch. All about the multiplayer.
