They feel bad for him because he was getting poo talked to him by a bunch of people for making up a girl to be hanging out with then sending a pic that was a year old so now everyone who has something bad to say is jealous.

It's really 3rd grade logic

nah, i more feel bad for you hating on some kid because you dour jealous of the life that his parents gave him.

it's pretty sad, but whatever you can do to detract from your miniscule existence on this planet is up to you.

want to talk about someone acting childish? start by looking in the mirror.

I've often said I don't agree with the way he was raised and blame his parents for that, not him.

I've already said I'm not jealous of that life. The family of my best friend in the world and best man at my wedding is worth hundreds of millions of dollars, but he was raised the right way. His parents never gave him a dime and he's worked for everything he's ever had. Sure they helped him out but he did things the right way and you'd never know he has money. I respect people that earn what they have and actually work for what they have. I'm not jealous of anyone. I've made my life and I couldn't be happier with it. I'm a kid from the gutter who has made it, and I did it on my own. Nothing he will ever do will compare to that.

His play is what I have been most critical of, which is well deserved. He doesn't have the tools to be an NFL QB and the only reason he is here is because the hype and what his parents have done for him. That isn't fair to other people that are more deserving so he has to deal with whatever bashing he gets on twitter, which I am not don't have.

He's a bad NFL QB. He doesn't posses any of the required skills to be a successful NFL QB and showed no signs of life for his future in the NFL, and no matter how much you dislike me, that's not going to change.

you say all that now, but you have said more than enough in the past year to show how you really feel about him. you're hating on him because of his parents. your perspective of him is skewed because of how you feel his parents raised him. it's pretty obvious. justify it all you want. your colors have been exposed.

doesn't really matter to me, though. it's just fun watching you dance around it.

What perspective is skewed? My perspective on him as a person or my perspective on him as an athlete? He's basically neutral as a person, no The Golden Calf of Bristol, no Michael Vick so that has nothing to do with anything. As an athlete he's also neutral, but at this level that doesn't get it done.

I'm not dancing around it one bit. I said when we drafted him he'd bring more embarrassment to our franchise than success and I stick to it. He's a joke. Nothing about him says football player except that he's had a tutor since he was 10. Nothing.

There isn't one reason to defend the kid and there is nothing to look forward to about him. It's not like he's raw with a bunch of upside. He's basically at his ceiling. Football is just not meant for him, just like it wasn't meant for his brothers.

You have an emotional soft spot for him. I get it. Sometimes everyone is a little harder on him than they are everyone else, but that is no reason for him to keep his job. You say it in every post, "still need a QB" but since some people messed with him on Twitter you are all of the sudden pulling for him?

That's fine if you admit it but don't act like it's an unbiased opinion. This is a business and if you don't get it done you don't deserve to do it anymore.

He'll have a shot in camp, I just don't see him winning the job, unless of course Rivera saw the Twitter thing and felt bad for him.

he could get the job and be successful and that would drive you nuts because in tht back of your head you'll always be saying, "he didn't deserve that".

Now you're assuming. It would be great if he earned the job, just in the past he hasn't really had to do that and based on his skills and his performances this year, I don't think if we bring anyone in that he can legitimately beat them out.

If they don't bring anyone in, you have to question the FO desire to win.
