I made my 'soon to be famous' White Chili last night.. Did 2 portions, one with some fresh jalapenos and chipotles (I know its the same thing) for a decent kick, and the other is without for those with milder palettes. Sunday I will be making a couple loaves of Garbage Bread, its basically a stuffed loaf of Italian bread. I have some good sausage, some pork sirloin left over and some peppers, onions and mushrooms going inside of one. The other will prol'ly end up having garlic sauteed broccoli and shrimp inside. Already have my Capt. Morgans ready and work is informed that I will be coming in at noon on Monday... I hope the game is a tie...

YUM. Biscuit ur dip sounds awesome, and sounds relatively close to 7 layer dip, which is out of this world awesome.

Yeah... it's really good. I've modified it some over the years, and you can always add stuff to it. The lady that I got fhe recipe from doesn't add the meat but does add jalepaenos and tomatoes.

Lots of stuff, but definitely my touchdown taco dip:

1 lb ground beef

2 TBS Taco Seasoning

Cook beef then simmer in 1/2 cup water and taco seasoning

1 can refried beans

12 oz sour cream

8 oz cream cheese

2 TBS taco seasoning

Shredded cheddar cheese

Put beans in glass pan (12"x18"), spread evenly on bottom

mix sour cream, cream cheese and taco seasoning in bowl, spread on top of beans

spread cooked meat on top of mix

sprinkle cheese on top of meat

Bake for 12 min. on 350*

Dip with Doritoes or other chips

minus the doritos and add in some jalapeno's and tomatoes and that sounds on point. I'll be doing that on Sunday, GO PACK GO

how does one go about killing a gator?

Snag it with a big damn treble hook, fight it for a few hours until it's worn out and get it up to the side of the boat, then shoot it in the head with a pistol. :D

She got a 9', 200 lb. gator. Pretty badass.

Hmm your gf is a gator hunter?

She enjoys hunting and this year she went gator hunting for the first time and caught one. I don't know if that makes her a "gator hunter" by trade, per se.
