One time when I was in school, a girls breasts were in the same line of sight as a TI-89. I got caught staring and forever since, I have been mislabeled as a "boob guy".

Well women need to realize that this behavior makes men feel just as uncomfortable as you feel by revealing too much.

Men see this behavior and are hotly embarassed, "Holy crap, she covered her boobs. I wasn't looking at them. Did she think I was? She must think I'm a pervert. I'm not a pervert. What am I doing that made her so uncomfortable? What? Do I just look like a pervert? I'm not. Am I?" Aloud: "I wasn't looking at your boobs! Please believe me...PLEEEEASE BELIEVE ME!!!"

There's really nothing a man can do or say in this situation to improve the awkward air and tension. The female has now made two people equally uncomfortable. I think this behavior should be curtailed unless you actually see someone leering at you. None of this "feeling eyes looking at me" B.S. If you catch someone in a stare, cover up and let him know "That's not okay. Eyes off." But otherwise, you picked the outfit, just give us an ounce of credit and assume every guy in the room isn't eye-fugging you.

Was once in an office with a rather large-chested girl who wore ridiculously low-cut tops (literally cut down to where you could see the top of her stomach) but then lodged a complaint with management that guys were staring at her breasts.

The boss to whom she reported this - a female - dismissed the complaint.
