Thinking it through PP is the best choice. After Baily and Asomugah who will be extremely expensive the CB FA class will probably have a lot of overpriced guys in it.

I didn't initially, but I'm trying to warm up to the idea because it is a legitimate possibility. My personal #1 is Green, but I would be ecstatic to get Peterson. That kid is one helluva player.

Like I said, I'm sold on getting any one of these guys. I think Green or Peterson could generate the most excitement for the organization and become "the guy" until we can find a franchise QB...Fairly not as much, but still a big force at a huge position of need

I don't see why Fairley is a must have when DT will have the most options in FA, and later in the draft..

If we keep the same amount of picks I can see why. Top of the 3rd may be too late to cash in on the DT depth. I don't like gambling with the #1 pick though. I don't see the draw.

with peterson i think the key will be him being up to speed on the scheme and being able to act without thinking. he has the ability to hang with pretty much any athlete at the WR position and god knows he can make plays on the ball so he could be a real asset in a zone blitz scheme. and then there's the return game, where he could change field position like a mofo and even put points on the board. a lot to like.
