I think we should give out drug tests to everyone. Kids in public schools, if you get a tax refund (dont want you smoking pot with that), govt employees (monthly).

There is a little difference in a "tax refund" (giving you back your tax overpayments) and your paycheck for a job performed.........and getting a government subsidy.

Perhaps my tax refund example was a little out there. That's fine. I even laughed while trying to defend it.
