The water will come rushing in when it's flushed to push it down the pipes. The water in the bottom of the toilet isn't needed for flushing

O, they aren't burning it. There was just a group of 3,000 and they didnt know how to get everyone high at the same time. This was the answer. What you can't see is the people to the side huffing the THC in the fumes.

For those who know who Jessco White is, he has a sister that many think is even crazier than him.

She was once leaving the local courthouse after paying a ticket or some such just as they were bringing in a truckload full of marijuana that was to be burned.

Seeing this, and realizing what was about to happen, she threw herself on top of it trying to protect it :eek:
