Because the Dallas Cowboys are really not Americas team. 99% of their fans here in the south are bandwagon fans because they were a good team in the 90's. And we panther fans despise bandwagon fans. It gets annoying to see people that grew up in the carolinas that now have a team of their own being cowboys fans because they are heard on ESPN 24/7 and not because they were fans of the cowboys since their childhood.

I grew up in Dallas but I sensed the idiocy and chose my own team which so happened to be in the next city I moved to in around 98,99 Charlotte, NC. Take that Cowbay fans. I am helping evening things out .

As are the fans of the Pats, Steelers, Bills, Skins, Eagles, Packers, etc. I don't have time to listen to how good the Cowboys and Steelers were prior to the Panthers coming into existance in 1995. As far as I'm concerned, NFL history started in 1995 and the Cowboys haven't done too damn much since then. Using pre-1995 stats to gloat and brag to a Panthers fan is about as pointless as a Cowboy fan getting a computer.

IMO, he is the greasiest, sleaziest, most self promoting, face lift getting, owner in the league. Nothing would make me happier than his beloved stadium being repossessed and him being thrown out in the street on his ass. Every Dallas loss makes the likelihood of this happening a little greater so that is why it is so important they never make the postseason again.

I was at the Senior Bowl today and Norv Turner was standing right next to me with a group of his buddies.

I got to listen to them talk for a good 20 minutes about how stupid and senile Al Davis is (Norv was doing most of the talking)

It may sound odd, but I think the Cowboys are in a worse situation than us at the moment. They have an expensive roster full of talented players and still can't find a way to win on a consistent basis, they also have a "franchise" QB who is a playoff choke artist.

On top of all that, they are in a white-hot spotlight... so when they fail it's the topic of much, much more conversation than when we fail, which means there is much, much more pressure on them.

Yeah, the Saints finally won a SB after 42 years of being the absolute laughing-stock of the NFL.

Even with a championship under their belt, Saints fans have no right to talk smack to anybody, especially after their championship team was eliminated in a wildcard game against the only team to ever make the playoffs with a losing record.

I agree we have a bunch of talented players and we still have a lot of cap room to build from. The Cowboys have a bunch of big names that have no heart. That team quit on Wade Philips and our team never quit on Fox. I'd say our future is much brighter than the Cowboys future right now.
