Validation for the Panthers personnel philosophy

If nothing else, the fact that the Steelers and Packers are going to the SB can be viewed as validation for the Panthers personnel philosophy since I believe the Steelers and Packers represent the two teams with the highest % of starters that they drafted?

Yes, but square peg-friction is longitudinal only... round peg-friction can be longitudinal AND rotational.

Errr.... the Jets and the Bears both got to the Championship game after spending money in FA. Not the SB okay but I'd take it. The whole notion of "building through the draft" only works out when you actually draft well. It hasn't worked out lately with our high picks (E.Brown, Clausen, AE)

you'll take a losing in a championship game over a trip to the super bowl...er ok. Ask around the league and see how much support you get.
