We do indeed have time, however we have also been running this for a long time as well. Added to this many of the GMs have posted partial at best depth charts.

In my opinion the ones who ahve not done anything have had long enough and we should actively seek out new GMs. The ones who have yet to post a complete DC should be given a 'chase up' PM.

I think we should make an attempt to recruit other coaches first, so that we can get more people interested and involved for next year.

Is a draft day set? Or am I a n00b and draft day is same as NFL draft?

combine is Feb. 23-March 1 , figured we'd start the friday after, march 4th

the real draft starts the 28th so that gives us over 3 weeks before we have to worry about any overlap

That's a good, early start time as there will be large periods of time between some picks unfortunatley.
