the Pep hate is very simple.. where is Peppers today!? lol

if any of you really think people are missing a guy who goes missing so often, try harder..

I appreciate the time he spent here, but when he can't give our team respect, then I'm not going to send blind love his way.. as you fools who think that wasn't a helmet to helmet

This distaste for Peppers is just embarrassing. The fact that anybody cares enough to still try to tear him down just shows just how much they still love him. He's not a panther anymore and he never did anything morally/ethically wrong. There is no reason to care about him and especially to hate him.

this below... I usually appreciate where you are coming from, but if you truly feel this way, get over it.. lol

when he can't even name the team he played on before and the time he spent here, then why in the hell would you expect different from me? ;)

I disagree. Although many of us do still hold a small amount of hatred simply for the way he left, right or wrong. I have seen identical posts on this board about almost every other high-priced free agent who is not playing up to his paycheck. I seem to remember quite a few Haynesworth and Revis threads this season. Obviously not as many as Peppers threads, but the comments have been virtually identical.

--------------------

I've never seen him take as many late/dirty shots at any QB like he has Rodgers, even when he was with us.

I don't think that was dirty.. maybe the intent was there, but it didn't look any worse than other helmet to helmets, so I can't make that assumption.

and? What did I say about Pep? go back and read. I said his hit was DIRTY, and it was. no more, no less

wasn't really a dirty hit

it was against the rules, but I didn't see anything that bad about it. was going for the sack and made contact with his helmet. it's football. it happens all the time doesn't mean it's dirty.

yeah, I don't think dirty is the right word..

what's more important to note is that his name was finally called, and not for anything positive..

CJ has filled in for Pep, no one is missing Pep like some of you think... he would be nice to have, but he is replaceable... Bring on Hardy and CJ!

Think its dirty because its against the rules...thats why they make it illegal...

dude, whatever.

honestly dude if it was a Panthers player everyone hear wouldn't call it dirty they'd just call it a boneheaded play(and it was)

that's like calling a pass interference dirty because it's against the rules. it was just a dumbass play by Peppers, nothing more nothing less.

    • I like that a lot; Ware from Troy and also Khalil Mack who played at University of Buffalo
    • I remember the Huddle consensus over the course of last season and the previous one. Lots of Bryce is a bust, we should've drafted a 4th slot WR, should've kept Wilks, should've kept an armless Cam, etc etc. So... yea... already thought about that. I wouldn't trust the Huddle to detail my car, let alone run a multi-billion dollar professional sports team. 😛
    • bold prediction, I think Mike Green will be the best pass rusher in this class, and thats even with abdul carter.  He reminds me of demarcus ware, not just in size and prowess, but even coming from a Sunbelt school (Ware from Troy, Green from Marshall).  I think he is passionate about the sport where I think Carter as the physical freak might not have the heart.  Thats the guy Im sold on and am gonna hammer the table for, I know he's not projected 8, but he is projected like 12-13, so if a slide back can happen and we still get the guy I want, I'm 100% on board. All that said, it takes 2 to tango, I think the Cowboys are the tango-er.  IMO theres a VERY good shot that Jeanty is available at 8.  Why does that matter?  Not only do the cowboys NEED a runningback (dak sucks without a run game), but MORE importantly, gee where did Jeanty play in high school.....Frisco TX, literally Dallas Metro.  Soo, RB is a position of need and the best RB and most blue chip draft selection that  could improve the offense immensly played IN dallas metro AND will be in range for them to move up and pick?  Do ya think Jerry Jones is gonna just say no to the Jersey Sales?  Jerry might have sexually assaulted a woman and attempted to prevent black people from going to school, but he's no idiot (he is).  IMO, we get a good enough package, prlly their first and third,  maybe a conditional later and we move to 12.  We get Green, they get Jeanty, everbuddy happy.
