I'll just help you... Lets see how would u understand my comments... Banking industry not doing to good? That helped?

So because the banking industry "isn't doing good" (thanks for the insight BTW), B of A is going to move to another city somewhere in the US where banking is "doing good"? Man, you've got this all figured out.

recession is when prices start going down... as of right now prices still going up.

Wrong again, recession is 2 consecutive quarters of declining GDP. Third and fourth quarters of 2008 meet the criteria.

Bigger market? BoA almost moved to NY in 2003.

What market are you talking about? Commercial Banking is about customer deposits. Moving your HQ to NY does not mean people will line up to deposit money in your bank. BOA already has a good presence in NY which is a very saturated market.

Further to the point, the aquisition/merge of Merril means they now have quite a presence their from an investment banking standpoint. So again, moving HQ does not make sense. Keep them coming.

Waiting for your next point...

Charlotte is not going to fall off the map.

If anything, larger cities usually see growth during economic downturns. How you ask? The jobs on the outskirts of cities usually dry up first, forcing people to migrate toward the metro areas looking for work. In the end, the cities have more people and more taxes to spend.
