Steve Reed Says 2012 #1 Pick (If Lockout) Would Go To...

Actually I don't really play NFL games, it was just the right thing to say. But for the record the only ones I ever DID play was the 2k series. I played Madden maybe once or twice at friends houses and never did really like it(2k's HITS were so much better and Madden, though some people favored the momentum and physics, just always felt sluggish in comparison). But EA owns NFL exclusivity so you can forget about 2k(though I did hear there's a pending lawsuit on EA for that so keep your fingers crossed).

The exclusivity ends in 2012 so, therefore if the NFL does not renew it. 2k will be allowed to resume Espn 2k.

I can wait forever for a new 2K game. They seem to be very successful with their NBA and MLB games. As long as that company is still around, there is always hope. hehe

I'd be in favor of taking it down to 2 preseason games. 4 is way too many in my opinion. Some guys just don't have "it"... Dwayne Jarrett.

Cutting down to three I can see, but two isn't enough.

And I disagree completely about the Hall of Fame game. The ceremonies are great to watch, and yes, I attended the ceremony and game in 1995.

1) I already knew this (no offense OP)

2) if you think anyone outside of some of the clueless fans we (and a few other teams) have, then you have no clue what you are talking about

You did not KNOW this you fugtard.

You were speculating.

There is no rule, precedent, etc in the NFL that said how this would happen. Therefore you knew nothing.

People assumed that the NFL would use a similar method as to other sports who indeed had a lockout....a lottery method.

I haven't read through all of this thread so forgive me if this has already been answered. If a new CBA is signed late in the year (say early December) where there are only 5 weeks of regular season left, would they play those 5 or would they just forget it? If they would forget it on that example, how many weeks could they miss before the season is lost? 7? 8? 9? If they did have a very short season of just a few games, would they still have the playoffs?
