I liked Cavanaugh. Followed by Paul Hackett, Bill Musgrave, and Wade Wilson. .

Pretty sure Musgrave is an offensive coordinator... pretty sure wade wilson is employeed already as a QB Coach and the cowboys will not let the panthers make a lateral move, And likewise for Cavanaugh, the Big Market Jets surely won't let him interview for a lateral move. Paul Hackett... the person that made JaWalrus Russell and all the other QB's Oakland had look so professional and not terrible?

Russell wasn't even playing when Hackett was the Raiders QB coach.

On topic: Honestly thought people, how did you expect the Panthers to get another teams under-contract QB coach or Offensive Coordinator to come to 2-14 Carolina Panthers with a rookie Head Coach?? Shula wasn't under contract FYI.

Cavanaugh and Hackett are both QB coaches already, these would be lateral moves to a worse team.

Johnson and Musgrave, as you already corrected yourself, are both OCs

Wade Wilson is also another QB coach...

But I would have liked to at least interview Hackett, Cavanaugh and Musgrave as OC before the Chud hire...

Ramsdell and Musgrave would have to had been hired as OC, not as OC.

Cavanaugh is still coaching, and might not be available for another two weeks.

Of the guys currently available, Shula was definitely one of the best we could get.

He was the special projects coach (whatever that is) in 2008. He wasn't the QB coach till 2009.

Also Gradkowski and Campbell didn't have any trouble learning from Hackett. That's only if you're just focused on the last 2 seasons he's been QB coach in Oakland and ignoring the other teams he's coached for in the last 30 years like thunderraiden.
