I like the hire. I'm not so sure about the spending of "big cash" when the new HC is getting 30% of what Fox got his last 2 years.

But, I do like this hire as well as the McDermott hire. Not quite ready to start dancing in the streets over the Chud choice, though.

i have to say i'm not loving this choice. this is the only one that has me scratching my head. i just don't see all that much of a track record of success wth this guy. i'll keep an open mind, though.

Garrard has done well under Shula. Something like an average 90 QB rating since he started there. Hasn't really improved MUCH, but has stayed consistently average/good.
