Exactly. Not many folks change teams to go laterally or leave a playoff team to go to a 2-14 team. Considering how bad we were this year, we have gotten better coaching talent than I thought we would.

I think this is an OK hire. Not fancy but solid. No lacking experience wise, I am sure he fills that teacher role and there is much to learn from him.

people here want us to go with experienced, trusted coaches with tons of teaching experience... who haven't been fired recently.

sounds like most of them think he was a scapegoat while just a couple blame him for the oline's problems.

very well could be a case of just being a scapegoat for an injured line that had to keep shifting around and just couldn't get their chemistry going as well as cameron's scheme making life difficult for the line. it sounds exactly like what we had here, actually.
