Dear Vince Young...

hes very likely to start some place... Miami maybe? Dunno...

He may end up there or possibly Minnesota. Where ever he goes, he will be starting. I liked this interview. He sounds very honest and excited about starting over fresh. Im sure the Nashville experience is one he will learn from and become a better player for. Vince is gonna have a monster season wherever he ends up, his haters will demand it.

I find it ironic that he still blames Fisher for his being released and not the Titans owner. "I do definitely understand that he [talking about Fisher] made a business decision, what's best for the organization."

Vince apparently doesn't comprehend that the Owner of the Titans let him go, not Fisher, as Fisher was still hanging in the wind with his own job security when the decision was made...

Vince has all the talent in the world to be an elite QB, but these quotes show he hasn't had the "ah-ha" moment needed for him to become an elite QB.

This interview shows he's still pretty immature. Some team will take the gamble on him, and it very well could work out. I haven't seen anything so far that points to that being likely.

Time to man up, VY.

I agree with you that it could really help him. I do hope he lands on his feet and puts that mess behind him. I'm not sold that he is an elite passer but he finds ways to win, which is ultimately what a QB has to do.

Doubt he'd be here, not sure I'd want him to be, but he'll land on his feet some place.

Vince doesnt need an "ah-ha" moment, he needs a coach and fanbase that will support him when he plays well and when he doesnt. Something other QBs with half the talent and half the results are given off GP. As a soon to be FA, he'll have the first opportunity in his NFL career to decide where he wants to go, so he'll have to chance to pick a better situation. The world is much bigger than Nashville, and the NFL has a lot better coaches to offer than Jeff Fisher.

This interview shows he's still pretty immature.

Because he's being honest about the situation? If anything Im proud Vince didnt stoop to Jeff's level with the personal attacks in the media. Jeff Fisher is a snake, and it shows with the way he acts in public. Vince has handled the aftermath with far more class than Fisher has. This interview shows Vince isnt the crazy delicate psycho people want to potray him as. He's actually a very confident and articulate guy.

Some team will take the gamble on him, and it very well could work out.

Vince is a proven winning QB, so I wouldnt call that "gambling". More like a good acquisition for a team that might need a QB. Now planning to annoint backups into starting roles and relying on undrafted FA's to take you to the Super Bowl, thats whats I would call "gambling". Going to war with 3 scrubs at QB on your roster, thats what I would call "gambling". Tanking a season to get one overhyped player, thats more of "gambling" than some team picking up a young pro bowl QB with a chip on his shoulder.

I haven't seen anything so far that points to that being likely.

Time to man up, VY.

VY has improved as a QB every year he's been in the league. I havent seen anything to make me believe that trend wont continue.

"The older I get the less I listen to what people say and the more I look at what they do."— Andrew Carnegie

What VY does on the field shows that he has the physical tools to be a QB.

What VY does off of the field shows that he is not a leader nor a mentor.
