Yea, the charge it holds is absurd. It goes dead constantly. And when I went in to get my new phone they acknowledged it was a piece of crap. Doesn't surprise me they told you to take a number.

Yeah I hate how they do that poo now. I have a friend who worked for verizon but recently moved to FLA. he used to hook it up for me every time so I didnt have to deal with their stupid customer service "let me put ur name on this screen and u wait till its ur turn" bullshit.

I wish he still lived here so I didnt have to deal with it now. I hate going into places like that.
