I've heard the same things and it's starting to trickle out to mock draft now right before the draft. I think he falls but I still think he goes to the saints in round 1 they just trade back later into the first before picking him up. I'll add that it's a shame because if the saints take him, that offense becomes very explosive overnight. I like Sanders and have him rated around 11th overall and I don't think the gap between him and Ward is that big. -

All three of those guys are absolute freak athletes. Jason Witten has the worst weight-adjusted speed out of any of them, and he still beat out 88% of all tight end prospects. Kelce: 90th percentile speed score. Olsen: 99th. It's always possible to find a few exceptions, but it's very rare for a tight end to be productive without insane athleticism. For that reason alone, I'd be pretty annoyed with selecting Warren at 8. You'd be betting on a huge historical outlier. -
If there is anyone suggesting we are a defense away from legitimate playoff contention they are smoking some good poo. I think we should be able to compete in this pitiful division but anything else is hopium at best. Now as far as this insistence from our FO on overvaluing Adam Thielen goes it makes me concerned for their judgment overall and if I am being harshly blunt it just sounds like Scott Fitterer logic and says they have virtually no confidence in their ability to draft receivers.
