Dog rescues another dog

... try what argument?

Humans are animals, but as a species are generally domesticated... But, being the dominant species on the planet and a child-rearing species, they have no need for "assistance to survive" unless they have some sort of genetic defect...

Going back to my earlier statement to which you responded, domesticated pets are the opposite... Put a domesticated dog in the wild, chances are he's going to run into a bigger wild dog and get dominated in one form or another... Even wild animals with genetic defects don't last very long...

Therefore, comparing humans to domesticated animals yet again is a flawed combination of two different evolutionary paths...

You put a domesticated human (a person fully dependent on others and the worldy things to live) in the wild, the animals will dominate them.

Not the majority of the time... Humans are fast adapters and able to be resourceful...

If the fight or flight response is triggered, you'd be surprised...

Pigs when released into the wild turn feral and grow tusks and hair. Just saying...

but pigs are filthy animals...

and???

pigs and boars are different species... sure, if the pig has tusks that are trimmed for breeding purposes, they'll grow out in the wild...

Yes, generational changes will happen... they will develop genetics more adapted to the wild environment... but this transformation to feral pig of an individual as you speak of it won't happen...

    • 6 yards a pop is a touchdown every single drive.
    • And those teams would lose. ------- I'm no Bryce Stan, but I have problem giving him his due. Sure, he has sucked so bad that his stats pre-benching are dragging what he's been able to do since, particularly the last three games, but to act like he hasn't actually looked like a QB with real promise for the last month is simply dishonest. All of a sudden (or not), certain Huddlers act like they have no concept of improvement---like they're suffering an inability to compartmentalize games or a group of games, or the inability to mentally separate Bryce's play when juxtaposed against the rest of the team. That's what analysis is all about. From my observation over the now decades of being here, I know that some of you can do it better than you're letting on. Just be honest about Bryce's improvement. He still may not be the future, but based upon his improvement the last month, it's rational to say that he just may have earned a chance to at least compete for the job next season. Of course he has to keep improving and show a level of consistency for the remainder of this season...
