there are a TON of connections between Turner and Oregon State considering where Turner got his start, so it's hard for me to know which is which.

What I'm getting out of Mav doing some serious legwork is that there are a lot of connections with Moore to the Chargers. Whether that has any carry over with Chud is a different story but it does add some intrigue.

my google powers are weak compared to some, the "Turner connection" is what allowed me to find all of what I did.

I love how people on this board will defend Clausen to hell and back but say that Matt is crap when he looked better then Clausen and that was back when we had no running game. Anyone that would rather have Clausen as the starter must not have watched the same season I did.

Not saying we should go into the season with the QB position like it is (which I said last year as well) but Moore does deserve a shot in my book.

tbh, most people who support Clausen actually want a veteran brought in to compete with him. If he wins the job, so be it.

There are absolutely no situations where I want to go into next season with him having got the starting job with NO competition though.

what's funny is that I want Clausen to succeed and I want to see him get the chance to prove he can play in this league in camp, but I get called everything from a Moore lover to a Clausen slurper.
