How do we address the draft w/o a CBA implace?

With Luck staying in college how will that affect our draft selection?

We have our DE Johnson,WR SSmith,D Williams,center Kalil,,and Richard Marshall among others that do not have a contract.On the board we have Green a wr,Fairley DT,Bowers,DE,and Peterson a cb.

Do we go with the highest rated player or try to predict who we can resign and who we cant?

That's not to say we'd never do it if able, but we never have before.
