In AdBlock Plus for Firefox, there is a "Block" button in the upper right hand corner of the Carolina Huddle header, click that and it will pop up with the address for the heart ad. Block the whole domain and you're good to go!

if you click on the heart it will actually cost the advertiser more money for the ad. Click away. I said earlier that I had someone at WCNC TV tell me they bought into this site. I only say this becasue this person who told me this sells the online advertising for WCNC and said that he was selling advertisement for this site too(carolinahuddle.com)

by the way I went to WCNC.com and they have the exact same flying heart advertisement on there website. Coincidence???? I think not. The huddle sold out to the man
