I didnt care for them...now in the NFL cookbook, the recipe for carolina bbq is amazing. Authentic apple cider vinegar and hot pepper flake base. Very good if smoked properly.

lol I dont have the book in front of me, at a friends house but its pretty simple. just smoke a pork tenderloin. bake it in apple cider vinegar. the sauce consisted of ketchup, pepper flakes, apple cider vinegar and cook that until it boils. I like to cook bacon and chop it up with it also. Pork on pork, its a beautiful thing.

lol well Im doing it again but just sticking with some pop corn. but go out and buy that book, I still have only really tried probably 15 percent of the recipes in it. Its just the ones I have tried I love so much I just keep remaking those.
