Right now this fanbase is pretty energized. The hires are pretty much in line with 'ideal hires'. Aggressive D, more pass oriented O, passionate HC. With the #1 pick coming up there isn't much to be disappointed about.

The FO could have handled these hires in a different way and gone down a more 'conservative' route. What is for sure, our current hires will be well paid, a LOT of experience in the coaching staff (how long will they stay together?!). Kinda blows the 'cheap' mentality out the boat...

I'm excited, but not expecting the W's to come this season. We're quite a bit of pieces away on both sides of the ball from being a great team again.
