If we get Shula to coach QBs, it would be pointless to hire a TE coach with Chud, Metsko and Shula ALL having been previously over the position at one time or another.

If we get a RBs coach that has dabbled at coaching TEs, the quartet can rotate the duty every week.

You can't really translate that to practice situations, though.

I hope the Panthers contact the recently fired Pete Mangurian from TB. He was a TE coach with the Patriots for four years and their TEs have been highly productive even back then. Not too mention we'd have an opportunity to get a coach from one of our NFCS hated rivals who will no doubt have a chip on shoulder after being unexpectedly canned.

Plus, he's recently fired and has a last name that starts with 'M' so he should fit in neatly with our new philosophy
