Green bay may be in the playoffs for a while...Superbowl? I think they had planned on talking with Jauron but McDermott became available. There may be some Bears coaches who are wanted by the Panthers also.

Yeah, that's him... I would love if we brought in someone from Green Bay to run a similar offensive style here. To me, they embody what Coach Riv was talking about - run when you need to, pass when you need to, but you choose to. They know when to do what, and they do it well. That would be ideal.
