What's bullshit is you not knowing that it takes way more years 2 get over a 1st round mistake then it does a late 2nd round mistake.:smilielol5:

Really? I guess the Cards going to the Super Bowl after Matt Leinart's failure is the exception to this rule?

Or maybe that's something you think, and not really based on fact.

What's bullshit is that isn't EVERY rookie QB a "project" QB?

I mean, seriously... rarely (and I mean RARELY) has a rookie QB started his first year and made an immediate impact. Every new NFL QB is a project to a certain degree and rarely is success found in the first one or two years. Even more rare are good statistics to back up success (look at Manning and Rothlisberger).

There are simply some QB's that may develop faster than others or QB's that just won't make the transition.

But practically no QB is the annointed one from the first snap of the season.

Three "project" QB's is too much.

Freeman didn't have as much Fan Fair or any off field issues. Just saying.

True. I just don't see why all the hate for the guy. I think he needs time to learn but all the people who are opposed to getting him are acting like he's the worst QB on earth. A little overreacting on here IMO.

I agree with this. The exception is Peyton Manning.

And that's the thing here... everyone talking down the idea of Cam is wanting the next Peyton Manning, because everyone put THAT much stock in Andrew Luck. Now that he's officially NOT going to be in the draft, everyone who was hardcore pulling for him wants to tank our season because we aren't going to get him this year.

Nevermind it is absurd to assume Luck WOULD be another P.Manning without a doubt, but we need to play the cards we've been dealt. Which, imho, isn't a bad hand. Definitely not as bad as all these naysayers and haters think.

I want 2 know what scouting service you work for?

Because the people who do don't agree with you.

I don't hate the kid. I just see alot of what scouts are saying in his game flim. I really wish his coach would have run some aspects of a pro offence too help Cam for the next level.

Usely people want their 1st round pick too help from day one. This really true when your picking in the top 15. I just don't see Cam helping us from day one.

Fair enough.
